Thanks so much to everyone who gave so generously to support these twins who were being abused in their village. Through the intervention of our OVC team in Mpongwe, they were rescued and are now being looked after by a Christian Orphanage. We are hoping to also get their two sisters into this lovely place soon. The twins have been checked by a nurse. Their legs had become stiff through being kept in a pit and they were malnourished but expected to make a good recovery. Their care at this orphanage is around £40 per month per child so if you’d like to help with this, please do get in touch.
